This site does one thing: it books a consultation. This page says what it collects to do that, and who else sees it.
What is collected
Only what the booking form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- What you want to solve, if you write anything in that box
- The time you chose and the timezone your browser reports
If you pay in cryptocurrency, the wallet address you pay from and the transaction are recorded on a public blockchain by the network itself, outside anyone’s control including mine.
No tracking
There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third party trackers, and no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser between visits. If you leave without booking, nothing about your visit is kept.
Who else sees it
There is no database behind this site. Your details are passed directly to the services that carry out the booking:
- Stripe processes card payments and receives your name, email and the booking details. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reach this site.
- Google Calendar holds the consultation as a calendar event with your name and email as an attendee, and creates the Google Meet link.
- MXroute carries the confirmation emails, as the mail host for this domain.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
How long it is kept
The calendar event stays in my Google Calendar as a record of the meeting. Stripe keeps the payment record for as long as its own rules and applicable tax law require. Blockchain transactions are permanent by design and cannot be deleted by anyone.
Your choices
Email hello@levelupjalen.com and ask to see what is held about you, to correct it, or to have the calendar event and its record deleted. There is very little of it, so this is quick.
